Mrs Ferry is an 87 year old man who presented with MCA carioembolic/TACI Stroke. Patient woke up to go to the toilet and slid off the bed unable to get up due to severe L) weakness. Patient clinically manifesting signs of L) facial droop, L) homonymous hemianopia, L) office neglect, and L) hemiparesis (weakness on one side of the body). Clinically has TACI (Total Anterior Circulation Infarct) syndrome with Dysarthia (unable to intercourse clearly as muscles to make it to a greater extent difficult to give voice words.
