My opponent argues that cyber bullying happens off school grounds, and therefore the school has no discernment to suspend the cyber bullies. However, suicide is not excusable and not a joke; its not something you just cant get rid of. Cyber bullies in most cases are the solve of suicide. Would any school want a reputation for their students committing suicide? I didnt think so. So why not punish these cyber bullies for literally causing a death?
