Statement of root: There have been multiple efforts to encourage commonwealth to be given together in organisational communities and networks, yet there is no comprehensive, raise-based modeling or tools to estimate them. Aims: This research aims to design, develop, visitation in the field, simulate and apply a framework and tools to evaluate communities of practice and loving-professional networks for their effectiveness and sustainability.

Researchers within multiple sectors, including health,3 aviation,4 manufacturing,5 finance,6 education7 and military8 have argued that collaboration and linked professionalised networks are significant determinants of important outcomes such as work gratification and organizational performance. However, there is a paucity of empirical research to support these arguments and there are few robust measures of how and beneath what circumstances they success entirey contribute to these outcomes.
