War vs. Peace

Is war right? That is a very difficult question. The twain quotes mentioned above, describes two contrary perspectives of the concept of war. The first quote, from Ernest Hemingway, says that no matter what, war is always a crime and unjust. The second quote, by George Orwell, defends war, states that the only reason that mass are safe is because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf. Its wrong morally but is necessary for the great good of society. It goes both ways. War is necessary when the outcome helps the greater good of the people who are involved
For example, in ancient Japan, the country was split into a number of territories with different warlords called shoguns, who ruled different areas. These warlords would constantly fight with each other over lowly matters with no apparent end to the cycle of pointless deaths. nonpareil shogun grew tired of this. So he decided to give an end to this and unite the country together by starting a war. This war that shogun began solved problems of Japan and its people and created a peaceful society. People, who think war is wrong, are not incorrect by any means. For many reasons, it is wrong, the most important being death.
