The proposition of my discussion is how one can predict and explain the affliction of a company based on organizational air theories, as well as, to ascertain what contributions of leadership, management, and organizational constructions played in the failure of a massive company. This paper will excessively address the possible mechanisms that could have prevented its demise as well. I will investigate the case of Enron and its demise.
