Okay, I trust my doctor.I am also a local Realtor. The Colorado State Commission requires us to confess such things that could encumbrance a Buyer when moving into an area. Property Values in the Nunn and surrounding area have been greatly affected by this proposed mining. I have become known as the go to person for updates on the proposed Uranium mine in this area. Its cost me listings and Ive seen buyers decide to relocate somewhere other(a) than this area because of the possibility of the project. But it is every Realtors job to disclose that piece. Its 4 am now, my children are sound asleep. I have learned too much over the conclusion three years to sleep.
