K.J is a 76-year-old white antheral that was admitted to a health and rehab nursing home for strengthening. K.J is planning to go home with continuous oxygen.
K.J is a 75-year-old white male admitted to rowan tree court Health and Rehabilitation from Central Vermont Hospital. Residents reason for seeking health care was for Rt knee wo(e). KJ states that he has had right knee pain for about a month. His pain gets excruciating during the night. He has a diagnosis of pseudo gout. He states he has never seen an orthopedist for this and he does have a history of DJD.

9. Nitroglycerin 0.4mg sublingual as needed.
