I was employed at a retail store and all of the employees as considerably as the conductor and we were all close friends it was like matchless big family. Therefore we all always tried to face out for each other, but integrity day one of the employees decide that he requiremented to take the fact that we were all close and use it to his advantage. He was eating food in the back of store where there were no cameras. Now I was told by him and other employees that he was doing this but I did not believe it, because there was no reason for him to be stealth food. This young man was paid well for his age and did not hurt for money, so I was very surprised to control that he was stealing food. So one day when were works together and I noticed that he was eating something in the back of store and I ask him if he was departure to get for it and his response was why should I have to pay for it, they make enough money me eating this is not going to hurt them.



My response to him was that does not make a divergence you should still pay for it there is no reason for you to be stealing food. He was the type of person that matte like this job owed him something because he worked for them, which I never soundless his theory behind what he was doing.

After I went plaza I did some logical and moral thinking or so the situation. It troubled me a lot because I was stuck between doing what was right and trying to keep the trust of my friend, but I withal had to remember that he was my co-worker as well.
