This week in the Huntsville Plant Project kicked off with combining the scope and require together to start developing the project in Microsoft Project. By hiring another person or crew to help with exertion of the plant, it will cost more, but it will help in shortening up the finishing of the project.
With the current workload the way it is, the only over-allocated resources on our plate is the Facility Specialist (FS). The only time that the Facility Specialist is actually over allocated is the first 2 weeks of the project (last two weeks of April).
