All disputes that generate within the team that cannot be resolvingd within 24 hours will be handled with the ADR and the process of Mediation. In intermediation both parties meet with a neutral mediator who listens to to each oneness side explain its position (Jennings, 2006). When there is a dispute, the reading team charter should be referenced to assure that everyone is quest what has been written and agreed upon by the entire team. Any individualised issues will not immediately be handled by the ADR nevertheless will first go through the team to find out if that persons actions or lack thereof, are make the team unnecessary work.
Once it is determined that there is a dispute, within the learning team, each member has agreed to guide part in the mediation process to help scatter the problem.

The mediation process will include all members of the team, and one other neutral person who will help resolve the issue by giving the team different shipway to look at the situation in a non coloured way.
