An Incidence of an Allergic Reaction. A Reflective case study.

Introduction
In the role of a pre hospital clinician, reflection is an important action as it enables you to evaluate an incident after it has happened. It can be used to highlight what you might need to learn or practise (Blaber, 2008). Alternatively what went well and why, so that the experience may be repeated. For this case study I shall be using Gibbs model of reflection (Gibbs, 1988). The model itself has been described as simple and incorporates the elements that describe a situation, express emotions about the situation, evaluate and snap the situation, finally reach conclusions and provide an action plan for the future.
This ruminative case study is being written as a necessary part of the IHCD Paramedic course. In addition it was a situation of which I had had previous little experience and a reflection could therefore be used to increase my take aim of knowledge, and future patient care. The Incident
